About this Event
Turkey is a geographical culinary treasure trove, which can be described as a fusion and refinement of Middle Eastern, Mediterranean, Eastern European and Balkan cuisine. Turkish cuisine is healthy, delicious and, with a little bit of confidence, so easy to make.
During this 1.5 hour class, you have the option of cooking along with Chef Talat Güneş in real-time or taking notes and starting your dish once the class is over. We will be preparing pumpkin soup-Balkabağı çorbası, inegol meatballs- İnegöl köfte, along with Semolina halva with pine nuts and ice cream- dondurmalı ve çam fıstıklı irmik helva for dessert!
Registrants will receive recipes and a shopping list before the class to follow along at home.
We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to the Turkish Ambassador and his wife for their support, and providing this fundraising opportunity towards the CATWAO bursary fund.
